Dr. Sethi is an accomplished consultant and business coach with over 25 years experience spanning a wide array of entrepreneurial, business and managerial roles. She has lived and worked in different parts of the world, giving her an excellent opportunity to work with clients across cultures and geographical boundaries. Well versed in competency-based training, Kavita has designed and implemented learning solutions that include global rollouts with Fortune 500 companies and local conglomerates. Kavita holds a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Master of Technology Degree in Management Systems, and a doctorate in Training and Development. She is also certified in ISO 9000 Quality Management Systems for Consulting Organisations and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Engineers, and a Member of the International Association of Coaching (IAC).
