Jin Lee is the Managing Director of SMG Training Systems, with headquarters in Singapore and subsidiaries in china (Shanghai) and Thailand. Since establishing SMG (Strategic Management Group) in 1996, Jin Lee has been working with numerous Multi-National Corporations (MNCs) and local companies across the Asia Pacific regions. She has been coaching, training and consulting with leaders across the region. She has coached executives through key transformational and change initiatives, epitomized by the turbulent times today. Jin Lee was selected as on of the winners in the Woman Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2001.
